Saibamen Moves
These are special moves only for henchmen. Altough these moves have high Power Levels they are not as strong as the PL says.
Acid Attack: This is a gush of acid shot from the head. It is not powerful enough to melt the skin but it hurts and burns. PL Automatically gets it
Eye Laser: These are red lasers shot from the eyes that cut. PL 150,000
Saiba Blast: This is a powerful blast shot from 2 hands that explodes on empact. PL 250,000
Saiba Strike: This is the most powerful move a saibaman can do. They put there hands together then shoots out a powerful blast electricty that shocks the shit out of the victim. PL 450,000
