Akio
Now I have to admit that I've seen about five minutes of Akio on screen, but I've read quite a bit about him. He certainly sounds like a bad little boy, sleeping with everyone on campus. He makes Touga look like a virgin. I would suppose you get the picture. Anyway, he likes Utena quite a bit, but he also abuses Anthy in more ways than one, and even gets her to betray Anthy. He's not overly nice and he wants to "bring the world revolution," which just doesn't sound like something we'd want.
He does have a cool car, but some of the things that happen in it are not suitable for children. I personally think he's a little bit of all right, but he's evil, so one must be on one's toes.
He's sort of like the dark side of Dios, but that's not really very clear, so you'll have to make your own judgement call on that one.
