Tamahome
Tamahome is a delightful young man, and is also rather cute. He seems more concerned with money than in anything else, including Miaka, at first. But later it is revealed that he only wants money to help his family out. His mom is dead, and his dad threw his back out. No working for him. But Tamahome also declares that Miaka is the one thing he wishes to protect more than anything. (Also his family is killed, so that sort of rules them out of having that honor.)
Tamahome is in the end the guy how gets to do all the ass-kicking. Think back to that scene at the end of the first part of Sailor Moon, where Sailor Moon is fighting Queen Beryal. It's that sort of thing. Everyone else is more or less dead and Serena (or in this case, Tamahome) Wins by gaining strength from his allies. Pretty interesting, eh? Well, anyway, Tamahome is pretty cool. He's got the mark of the Orge on him. But he also makes up some crap about how it means that he's meant to protect the priestess of Suzaku, but I think he just told Miaka that so he could get some. Just kidding. Tamahome is very well behaved. I don't think I know any guys as "honorable" as him. Yes, I like him. He's not as cute as Hotohori, but he grows on ya.
