Wakaba Shinohara
Wakaba is a very sweet girl. She always calls Utena her boyfriend and her love, but they aren't really like that. Utena and Wakaba eat lunch together and have classes together. Wakaba has a crush on Siaonji, but he embarasses her in front of a large portion of the school by displaying a love letter she wrote him. Utena starts the whole dueling thing by trying to protect Wakaba's honor. Wakaba isn't crazy about Anthy, but Utena doesn't let her get too mean to the shy, purple-haired princess.
