Rules & Regulations

• You must have a website.

• Site should have something to do with Villains.
  If your site does not have a Villain on it, it should but not really.

• Site does not have to be anime related.
  If it does not have anime, it should be mainly a villain site example
  "a Spike shrine" -Buffy the Vampire slayer.

• You must have the exchange banner somewhere on your site where people can see it.

• Banner must be 392 x 72 in pixels in JPG or GIF format.
  Note: if you don't have one we can make one for you.
  

• Site must not contain adult material.
  We have young members as well as veterans.
