Living with his aunt and uncle, Souichirou feels the best way to re-pay their love is by making them proud of his accomplishments. He meets Miyazawa Yukino, who tries to help him overcome his past. He later falls in love with Yukino and confesses to her twice before they advance from friends to lovers.
