Miyazawa Yukino has always loved words of praise as far back as she can remember. Throughout her life, she has tried very hard to come out number one in everything, and to earn the words which she so desires. This lasted right up until high school, until she got her first competitor, Arima Souichirou. Right from when she met him, she hated him. While she tried very hard to be number one, he topped her without even trying. While her fake self that she takes to school talked to him like they were friends, her real self was planning his doom. This went on until he confessed to her that he loved her. This affected her little by little, until she ended up loving him too. On the exterior however, they remained friends. Yukino tried several ways to confess to him, but none worked. Finally during a class representative meeting, she silently took his hand, and their relationship started. Since that day, the couple is put through multiple tests of unity, and together they try to prove just how strong love can be.
