Europa

Many may know of Europa as the ice moon of Jupiter. Oh, how wrong you are. It is far more than that.

Europa's entire population exists under the surface of the ice. Not far under, but just enough so that many think the moon has no life on it. The Europan populous is extremely advanced, with a Utopian society where everyone claims to be content with the lives chosen for them. All people live in ice towers within cities, cities exist in domes seperate from the rest of the world, bridges high above the ground are all the streets the people need, and lights never go off.

The history of Europa is a myterious one. After several centuries of dwelling above ground in the freezing temperatures of the surface, Lord Udred, his wife Laurella, and his daughter Trista, attempted to move underground. They took their entire country with them. How they got underground is still a mystery. However, it is known that soon after, all the inhabitants on the surface died of a mysterious disease. Soon, the underground populous began to have children, and one of Lady Trista's children awoke and identified himself as one of the above-ground inhabitants. Soon, all the children born were doing the same. Every person was born with the memories of their past lives, and soon a society where everthing was always the same developed. People always had their lives planned out beforehand due to their previous lives, and things began to run in the same pattern each lifetime. Lord Udred's family began working at creating the cities, but once that was done, all returned to its previous ways, with Udred's descendants ruling Europa.

The Lord of Europa, Calisto, was part of one of the higher families in Alia, the Light City, the city closest to the surface and the the brightest of them all. Her cousin was ruler of Alia, and Calisto, as all who lived in the Ebony tower family, envied him is power, gotten through marriage to a member of the royal family of Trista, the capital of Europa. However, because his power was gotten through marriage, it could not be passed on to Calisto's family, and so she left in order to find her own power and discovered the Eternal realm.

The Nievan traveller from Europa is Sukuu. Her fiance Coran had a thin collateral line to the line of Trista.
