Dragonball Z

Dragonball Z

Dragonball Z is some of the highest-rated anime on Cartoon Network to date. The story is complicated, yet understandable (If you're a lunatic): A boy, Goku, is sent from his dying planet to Earth (SUPERMAN!!!), only here is the catch-He was sent to destroy it, but he ends up injuring himself mentally and forgets about it. Years later, when he is grown-up, the planet is invaded by a race of superbeings called Saiyans, looking for this boy. It turns out, Kakarot (The birth name for Goku) is actually one of them. Basically, he tries to save the world from certain destruction while at the same time he is causing it himself. After 30 or so episodes, Goku is dead (but comes back) so his son, Gohan, and his friend, Krillin, go to the planet Namek so they can find the Dragon Balls. That's when they meet Frieza, and a lllooooonnnnggggg fight ensues. Eventually, that saga ends when Goku and Frieza blow up the planet. Fun so far, huh? Anyway, Goku doesn't die this time, and that's when he returns to earth to find that he is going to fight for 77 more episodes against a fat robot, an old one, two that look about my age, and a giant one. Halfway through that saga, A giant cockroach guy shows up and starts destroying things left and right. He eats the two teenage-looking robots, and changes his looks to become bigger and stronger. He will kill Goku again, and eventually get killed by Gohan. Gohan gets the dragon balls and wishes everyone back from the dead, except for Goku, because he wants to stay dead. Go figure. Phew! I got it all in there, I think. Anyway, If you've seen the show, it will seem confusing at first, because each show picks up where the last one left off. This show is not for occasional viewers, because you will be so far behind that catching up will be impossible. However, if you're obsessed, you will know all that's going on. Finally-I'm done writing this!!!!!!!!
