Final Fantasy 7
A corporate monster monopolizing the worlds energy source, an experiment gone horribly wrong, both of the these epic plots are found in Final Fantasy VII. Some people may say Final Fantasy 7 was the best Final Fantasy game Square has ever put out. Forget FFVI and FFVIII, FFVII was a game before its time, with amazing animation that allowed characters to actually make hand motions and facial expressions. An epic story with two truly brilliant villains, ShinRa and Sephiroth. Final Fantasy Seven also has a blend of the earlier fantasies, with a mix of adventure, romance, mystery, and horror (not hardcore, but I think you get my drift, the ShinRa mansion, c'mon it's pretty freaky). If you haven't played it, either on the PC or Playstation, you better go buy it, this is not a rent-a-game, it's way too good!
