The Dead Zone is the first Dbz movie.In this, an evil person named Garlic Jr. is searching for the dragonballs so he can wish for immortallity and to get revenge for his father.The last ball that he had to find was the one that is on Gohans hat.He eventually found Gohan and took him and the ball and injured Chi-Chi and the Ox King. Goku eventually finds out what has happend and goes on a search for Gohan. As he was approaching Garlic's castle he noticed that the dragon had been summoned and tries to get there quicker but it was to late. Garlic had already wished for eternal life and could never be killed.Goku arrived and also kami decided to join the party. Goku makes a brake for it into the castle looking and Garlic's henchmen attacked and there was a fight. As the fight went on Krillin joined in by fireing a Ki blast. Then another power was sensed and it was Piccolo. Piccolo fought one guy and beat him with ease and Goku destroyed the other two. Also during this fight, there was another fight between Garlic and Kami. Kami was running low on power and wanted to try to commit a suicide attack on the tyrant. Yet Goku and Piccolo came in and helped and Garlic morphed. Garlic then had the upper advantage on the weaker piccolo and Goku. The fight broke outside the castle and then our 2 warriors gained the advantage and thought they had destroyed Garlic but he was not yet thru. Next Garlic opened up the dead Zone which is a Portal to another dimension which there is no escapeing. Krilin,Goku,Piccolo,and Kami all started towards it when all of a sudden Gohan burst out of a bunch of rocks and stood against the Dead Zone. Garlic was surprised at the boys powers and used all his power to pull Gohan in, but he wouldnt move, then all of a sudden Gohan turned up the juice and a shock of energy hit garlic into his own dead zone and that was the end of the battle. Gohan passed out and forgot about everything that had happend to him in the past few mins and thought that goku destroyed Garlic himself.
