Trunks is the son of Vegeta and one bad dude.He first appears in dragonball z after the freeza saga looking for goku because he needs to give him medicine because Goku will die from a heart disease. Trunks came from the future because in his time everyone died since Goku wasnt there to save them.His mother,Bulma, spent 3 years making the time machine for him to go back to before goku is suppose to die.On the way he met Freezabot and King Cold and beat them really quick.Trunks is a rather strong saiyan for his age and in the Cell saga he proved by going Ultimate Super Saiyan yet when Cell came back to life He killed Trunks immeditaely. Trunks' death really didnt matter since that was the future trunks that died and so from then on Chibi Trunks was the only Trunks around.
