I don't really know what to say about Chibi Chibi except that she's really cute! This little thing shows up in episode 187 and ends up entering like Chibi-usa, but with a vocabulary filled of only "Chibi" and repeating what others say. Now instead of having a 'cousin' around Usagi has a... "sister"?! The same kawaii magic can work on anyone can't it?
