A sensitive soul resides beneath the streetwise exterior of this high school student from Osaka. Separated from his parents at age three, Sorata was raised by a prescient monk of the Koya Mountain Temple by the name of “Stargazer” Chuu and became the somewhat mischievous master of lightning he is today. Though he cannot recall anything of his natural parents other than his mother’s tears, this sole memory is the origin behind his vow to never make another woman cry. His love for his partner Arashi is deep, though unspoken, and he’s committed to protecting her to the death.
