Maybe Blue first appeared in Shinshokan's manga magazine Wings under the title Asian Beat: Maybe Blue, then about a year later in Dear+, which looks like a yaoi magazine. In Dear+ it was just titled Maybe Blue.

Unfortunately that's all the information I have to offer about Maybe Blue. I don't even know what it's about. Some back issues of Dear+ are available to order, like issue 11 of 2000 listed above, but the website is entirely in Japanese, so I have no way of reading it to see if they can ship to the U.S. or how they take their payment. It's such a helpless feeling, heh heh.
