The Moonlight Knight
The Moonlight Knight appears when Ail and Ann do. Since Tuxedo Mask isn't around (because Luna didn't give Mamoru his memories back yet), the Moonlight Knight is the one who saves the sailor soldiers when they're in trouble. He uses a white rose and a sword as his weapon. When he appears, he makes for a convienient distraction so Sailor Moon can catch the enemy off guard.
After the Doom Tree is cleansed by Sailor Moon, the Moonlight Knight reveals to her that he is actually Mamoru, in a sort of spirit form. The Moonlight Knight was created after the battle with Queen Beryl. Even though Mamoru lost his memories along with everyone else, his desire to protect Usagi/Sailor Moon, was so strong that it created the Moonlight Knight to protect her. Once the Moonlight Knight reveals this to her, he returns to Mamoru, and his memories are restored.

Diana
Diana is the daughter of Luna and Artemis. But like Chibiusa, Diana traveled from the future in Crystal Tokyo so she could be near Chibiusa.
Pegasus / Helios
Helios lived on earth in a secret location called Elusion. He lived there to protect the Golden Crystal and everyone's dreams. At some time an Queen Neherenia came and tried to persuade Helios that with the Golden Crystal they could both rule the galaxy together. Helios refused to let her have the crystal, and she later kidnapped him. Elusion was taken over by the Dead Moon Circus and turned to darkness. The animals died and Helios' temple was overrun with black roses. Neherenia kept Helios captive inside a cage where he was tied up by webs, and looked as if her was sleeping.
One day Helios saw the shining of a beautiful dream. He created an illusion of a pegasus and it flew towards the light. Pegasus found it and hid itself inside the dream. Just who's dream was it? It was Chibiusa's dream of becoming an adult. Pegasus appeared in a dream Chibiusa had and told her to never speak to anyone of their encounter. Later Pegasus appeared to help Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibimoon by powering them up and giving them new weapons. He gave Chibiusa the Crystal Clarion to call him whenever they needed his help beating the enemy. Pegasus also powered up the other sailor soldiers later; they got new transformation sticks and new attacks. After a while Pegasus gave Chibiusa a beautiful orb on a stand. It was called the Stallion Stable. Through the Stallion Stable Pegasus could talk to Chibiusa outside of dreams. Chibiusa loved to talk to Pegasus and they both fell in love. One day when the battle with the enemy was heating up, they managed to capture Sailor Chibimoon. Sailor Chibimoon was kept in the same area where Helios was and she tried to free him. Neherenia tied her up in webs and took the Golden Crystal from Helios. Helios helped out the sailor soldiers while fighting against Neherenina and saved Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibimoon from being killed.
In the end Helios has to go back to Elusion and said goodbye to Mamoru and the girls. He said goodbye to Chibiusa by kissing her hand, and Chibiusa hugged him. Then he turned into Pegasus and flew away.
