This is the Dragonball Z page. There are three (or more) different series to Dragonball Z. They are "Dragonball", "Dragonball Z", and "Dragonball GT". In case you're wondering, the "Z" stands for "Zen" and the GT stands for "Grand Tour". If you didn't know this before, you do now.

I have no idea when the Dragonball series was released, but I know that it aired in Japan for 15 years before America decided to take it. And now it's a big craze and Bandai is making a lot of money and etc., etc. But for the most part, I am glad that Akira Toriyama created this series.

Throughout the Dragonball series, we follow the life story of a man named Goku. He doesn't know it until the beginning of the "Zen" series, but he is not a human. He is of a race called the Saiyans - also called Saiya-jins - and he was supposed to destroy Earth when he was a baby. The only problem was, he hit his head and lost all of his programming. Poor Goku, Poor Earth. So he was raised as a human by this weird old man named Gohan that adopted him, and he just so happens to have super-human strength. Later, Goku marries a woman named Chi-Chi and names their first son after his "dad". DO NOT BE FOOLED BY MY INNOCENT SYNOPSIS! THIS IS A VERY VIOLENT SERIES! All-in-all, this is a pretty cool series, especially if you like action. Goku and his friends fight a lot...
