Name: Queen Nepherenia
Queen Nepherenia was a very beautiful person who was loved by all her subjects. Then one day she asked her magic mirror if she would always be the fairest in the land, and it showed her an ugly old witch. (That would be her, in the future.) This prophecy caused her to go insane and in order to stay beautiful she began to eat people's dreams, making them part of her Dead Moon Circus. Then she decided to go after Pegasus so that she could have the Golden Crystal so that she could rule the world and always be beautiful, and got all new subjects for the job. At the end of the season, she sealed herself back into the Mirror Realm so that she could stay pretty. But wait! There's more! She later returns, making her the only Sailor Moon villain ever to officially appear in more than one season of the Anime! Oh, the joys of living in mirrors.
Seiyuu: Yoshiko Sakakibara, Wakana Yamazaki (as young Neherenia)
Name: Zirconia
Apparently, Zirconia is female...Boy, DIC sure has a problem with confusing genders and relationships...You'd almost think that they like doing this sort of thing... Zirconia is what Queen Nepherenia's people look like when they get old. Zirconia relays messages from Nepherenia to the "Lesser Villains", and uses Zircon, her little floating eye thing, to identify targets for the "LV's". Later killed for failures. What a shame.
Name: Tiger's Eye
A "bishie" bad guy that started out life as a tiger. Vain, superficial, and egotistical lion-tamer for the Dead Moon Circus. Blah. In one episode, he fought with Hawk's Eye over Mina. Fortunately, it was only one disturbing episode. He is one of Queen Nepherenia's many minions. ...NEXT!
Seiyuu: Ryoutarou Okiayu
Name: Hawk's Eye
A pink-haired "baddie" who likes to traipse about in a skirt. Dead Moon Circus fire-breather who actually thinks about his plans. These people just get weirder as we go along, don't they? Quite frequently, he wears a shirt that makes him look nearly feminine. He started out life as a hawk, before being turned into a human. Then he died and became a hawk again, but Pegasus restored him as a human.
Seiyuu: Toshio Furukawa
Name: Fish Eye
If Tiger's Eye started out as a tiger, and Hawk's Eye began as a hawk, what can we assume about Fish Eye? Thaaaat's right! He used to be a fish! Yes, boys and girls, he. He is a cross-dresser acrobat with a strong fear of cats (sort of like Ranma's, only not), and the lovely people at DIC decided that he'd be better off as a girl so that they wouldn't disturb all the widdle kiddies.
Seiyuu: Akira Ishida
TOGETHER, TIGER'S EYE, HAWK'S EYE, AND FISH EYE MAKE UP THE AMAZON TRIO. WE DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY DRESS.
Name: CereCere
The Amazoness Trapeze Artist with the loopy pink hair. Sure, she looks sweet and innocent...They all do. CereCere is named for Ceres, the Roman Goddess of Earth and Harvest. To this end, our devious little friend has a great love of flowers. Gee, who'd have thought? In one episode, she tricks the other Amazonesses into smelling a flower that will make them sleep, so that she can attack their next target, and the monsters she summons are generally flowery ones.
Seiyuu: Yuri Amano (Real name: Tomoko Yoshikawa)
Name: VesVes
Another circus animal trainer, and more or less the leader of the Amazoness Quartet. At one point she challenges Zirconia to a fight and nearly beats her, but instead gets figuratively pounded. After this, the rest of the Amazonesses listen more closely to Zirconia. VesVes seems to like animals, and the Lemures she uses are all animal-ish. This sort of fits, as she's named for the Roman goddess Vesta, the Goddess of Hearth and Home (which also covers birth and all that other stuff).
Seiyuu: Junko Hagimori
Name: JunJun
How she is tied to Juno, Roman Queen of the Gods and Goddess of Marriage, or fish, is almost an official "SAILOR MOON MYSTERY". JunJun is an acrobat, and a fairly good one at that. She likes to show off. The monsters she calls are generally other acrobats or fish. (See first sentence for this character.)
Seiyuu: Kumiko Watanabe
Name: ParaPara (PallaPalla)
Yes, we despise the way DIC interprets names and genders...Though PallaPalla is actually a girl, in both versions, they have mutilated her name. (In case you're wondering, she's named after Pallas Athene, goddess of wisdom...Only this goddess is Greek.) She's the Dead Moon Circus's Magician of Balancing Balls, and I think she's taken a few too many falls...PallaPalla generally refers to herself in the third person, and is by far the most immature of the Amazoness Quartet. She really likes her dolls, and uses them in some of her schemes to retrieve Dream Mirrors. She can also take mirrors from large crowds of people at once, instead of just one like everybody else. Additionally, she can switch people's ages (as she did with Serena and Rini), or turn animals into humans. Yes, she created the Amazon Quartet.
Seiyuu: Machiko Toyoshima
