Rurouni Kenshin

Rurouni Kenshin is my favorite anime series and I'm pretty obsessed with it. It has great characters, a great story, great animation and drawings and it even has a historical background (kind of).
The characters are great, they are perfectly designed and perfectly drew. They has these unique abilities that make them powerful but not unreal (no energy balls). You can see how the characters learn new things during the series. About the bad guys, they are even better. They are so evil, but they have their reasons to be evil, not like this guys who want to conquer the universe but don't have a reason to do it. They are powerful, but they are still human. All the techniques performed in the series have their explanation, and that may get some people angry because they sometimes stop to explain their technique. But for me, that makes the series even better.
The drawings are perfect, I still have not found a drawing that I don't like. The backgrounds, the characters, the way they animate the techniques. They are so perfectly drawn that I can't believe that such a talent is possible by human hand.
About the animation, well, it could be better. Nahhhh!!! It's also great!!!! The characters and specially the techniques are so perfectly animated that you get so obsessed that you wish that you could perform them too.
The only thing that I don't like about the series is that I don't have words to describe it. I wish perfection was enough.
I give it a perfect 10 even though I wish I could give her a lot more.
