BIG MAMA'S BAR AND GRILL. The hottest spot in Spooner. The best food and drink and the atmosphere was friendly. Here Sorcerer and Parson could have a meal and a drink together in amiable peace. Friday night was always crowded for it was Karaoke Night. This night the patrons would entertain each other with their "golden throats" (epecially after a few drinks under their belts). Tonight, the GRILL was treated to the Sorcerer Hunters sister-duo Chocolate and Tira Misu. However, the two were not in a festive mood as a slow, sad piano melody started and Tira took the microphone.

Turn down the light, turn down the bed
Turn off these voices inside my head

Her red eyes filled as tears streamed down her cheeks. The other Hunters were watching, especially Carrot Glace, who had an arm around his new girlfriend. After countless whippings, beatings and other tortures, the older Glace had had enough and told the S&M siblings point blank that he did NOT love them as more than friends. Chocolate's voice cracked a little as she joined for the chorus.

Bitter tears stung Chocolate's cheeks like acid as she watched her Darling snuggle another woman, but what could she do. He did not love her and she finally and reluctantly realized that neither she nor Tira would ever have him. She closed her eyes, trying to block out the visual.

The two Misus joined voices as the other patrons listened with sympathetic ears, their eyes filling with tears. Big Mama and Dotta themselves were wiping their eyes along with the glasses.

As they looked at their fellow Hunters, Carrot gave a mock salute with his glass before he and the girl got up and left. The older Glace gave Dotta a generous tip in the way out as Chocolate choked back sobs. Tira cried silently as Marron and Gateau quietly decided to talk to their "leader".

The applause was deafening as the Misus gave a bow before leaving the stage in tears. Big Momma got onstage to introduce the next act.
