Ok, you wanted to know what I thought made a good Yaoi lemon? It's quite simple really, don't try to treat it any differently than a Hetero lemon. That is something that really annoys me, when people try very hard to show that it is male-male when it is not needed. For example people say the word 'he' to many times. It usually runs something like:
'He touched him softly, not wanting to hurt him. His whole body was alive at his touch. His loves hands touching him...'
Stressing the Yaoi factor too much is stupid and just makes readers think you are uncomfortable with it.
Another thing that separates good and bad Yaoi is the basic sexual content itself. For example, you can have fics where it is all sex and absolutely no emotion. This is great in a fic where it is conducive to the plot but in most fics such as PWP or where the characters are in a relationship it ruins the fic and it becomes simply something for the writer to 'get off' on.
A PWP should be more...romantic. Ok, this is where I get sappy, but metaphors are good. For example, things about how the touch of the other person makes them feel. A good one I once read was 'he felt, for the first time, like he had gorged on sweets and was deliciously full.' That was a good way of putting it, I thought.
