THIS IS WHERE WE LIVE.
INDIANA! Home of deer, squirrels, rabbits, coyotes, Purdue University, and the Indiana Pacers. We don't really care much about the Pacers, since our "mom" usually watches "The Animal Planet" and "Emergency Vet," not the basketball games....although we sure do love to play with basketballs and beachballs! Indiana is such a beautiful place to live! In the spring and summer, the rolling meadows and green grass are great places to run and play. In July, we like to watch the hay being cut and baled, and like to take rides on the hay wagon, if mom says it's okay. When the heat gets up to 90 degrees or higher, mom takes us in the house, and cools us off; she says we'll get overheated and have a "heat stroke" because of our short noses and the high heat. (We try not to take that too personally). We know she knows what's best for us. In the fall, when the leaves start falling from the trees, we love to run and play in the leaves, and chase squirrels who are trying to get ready for the cold by storing acorns for their winter supply (we haven't caught one yet...but someday!)When the cold comes, and the snow starts falling, mom puts sweaters on us, to keep us warm when we go for walks. We don't much like the snow and ice. We are blessed to have a warm home to live and play in, and shelter from the snow and ice storms that come in December through March. We are 4 very happy,lucky little Boston Terriers!We know there are many Boston Terriers that are NOT as lucky as us, and are "born to lose" before they even go to their new homes. We are blessed.
