Well, that's not it. That's a doctored picture I just felt like doing. Anyway... I apologize to anyone if I offended Sasami or Cosette... Like I said, I have no life. Moving on...
I worked really hard on this. This is definitely my best drawing so far.

Nobuyuki: Thenardier (Sorry, I know the match doesn't fit at ALL, but if you listen to "Master of the House", Madame Thénardier complains about her husband just as Ryoko would if she were married to Nobuyuki... ::shudders::)
Kagato: Javert (Beth, you better pronounce these right lol)
Rin Kobayashi (from Please Save My Earth): Gavroche (He's just too perfect. I think I'll make a music video with him for 'Little People'... hmmm...)
Atlas (from Metropolis): Enjolras (Isn't it SO obvious?? He even sounds like my friend (the dubbed version) who played a revolutionary in Fiddler on the Roof! Think of this line: "And the uniform that I die in....is the uniform of the revolution that will change the world!" or something very close to that...)
Utena Tenjou (from Revolutionary Girl Utena): Courfeyrac (Hah! I just threw that one in to scare you... although it is pretty fitting... "La Fillette Revolutionnaire".. and it's even in French too. I just think it would be hysterical, if you had all the animé guys that are cast as revolutionaries singing "Do You Hear the People Sing?" And then have Utena break in and sing, "Then join in the fight that will give you the right to be free!" and "The blood of the martyrs will water the meadows of France!")
Why I chose these characters to be the ones in the drawing: Tenchi - Well he's the only one who would fit. Plus he kinda looks like him.
Tsunami - I can just see Sasami as Young Cosette singing "Castle on a Cloud". I think that's what gave me the whole idea in the first place... I don't really remember. But Tsunami goes really well I think.
Mihoshi: First I was going to do Ayeka, then I changed my mind. Good thing I did... Ayeka wouldn't have worked. Plus the girl who played Eponine the second time I saw the show looked like her... I guess..? She had blonde hair. And the original cast recording of "On My Own" sounds like Mihoshi's karaoke. It's kinda weird, I like Lea Salonga's version better.
Katsuhito - Personality, appearance, and he's the only one that fit. Although I can't really picture him singing... lmao
Washu - Duh. If you know the show, you'll know why I picked her. The story is: Fantine had a lover, but he left her. She could not take care of their young child, Cosette, so she sent her away to live with another family, the Thénardiers. Fantine then worked at a factory and was sending money to the Thénardiers for Cosette. When the other factory girls found out she has an illegitimate child, they throw her out. Fantine is forced to sell her locket, hair, and finally her body - she becomes a prostitute in order to keep Cosette alive (The Thénardiers aren't exactly the nicest people and they won't take care of her for nothing... even though the care they were giving her, shall we say, wasn't exactly the best... they're very greedy). When Fantine is about to be arrested for attacking a man, a crime she didn't commit, the mayor shows up and says she should be taken to hospital instead. When she is dying, Jean Valjean promises to take Cosette from the Thénardiers and take care of her himself. Then, Fantine finally dies. I'm gonna stop now before I tell the whole story!! Yeah, it's not *exactly* what happened to Washu... but the whole baby thing is similar. And I know some of you will probably get mad at me and accuse me of calling Washu a prostitute. I'm not, so don't even bother. Find and read the lyrics to "I Dreamed a Dream" and you'll see more of why I picked her for Fantine.
Why I did a drawing for Les Misérables: You probably all think I'm insane now. Maybe I am, but I've seen the show FOUR times as of now - once in Boston, once in New York, and twice in Nashua (OMG you guys were SOOO awesome!!). My goal is to be on Broadway, and my dream role is Eponine. If I was rich, I would go see it every Satruday. And keep it from closing. Grrr. I'm extremely pissed about that. It should have at LEAST beaten Cats as the longest running musical. At least this show has a plot... (you never read that). AND I'd also have the Tenchi Universe DVD box set. But I'm not rich, so I'll just have to deal with it. But I could never get tired of that show it's so awesome!
Yeah, I'm probably scaring all you anime people... except if Lindsay finds this website she'd understand, she likes theater too. ^_^
Oh, and for those of you who have been here before, you might have noticed I added more cast stuff. I also secretly changed all the e's to é's in the appropriate places that I know of... I'm picky like that.
