1) You MUST have a webpage, or it would defeat the purpose ^_~
2) I do will NOT allow any hentai/hardcore/yaoi/yari websites to join, mainly because the Care Bears are for younger kids as well. Other than that your website can be dedicated to any 80s cartoons or anime you want, doesn't matter to me ^-^
3) You MUST use the Code to put the Care Bear on either your Cliques page, or Splash/Index page.
4) Download the Care Bear to YOUR OWN SERVER! Once you download the one you want, please e-mail me A.S.A.P., so I can take the Bear you chose off the "Choose" Page, or else someone else will get the Care Bear you want first.
5) You CANNOT pick a Care Bear that someone else already has, bears are first come first serve basis. Sorry, but I want all the Care Bears to be out there on the web just not alot of sites having the same 4 characters. After they are all taken I may decide to let you have the same Bear as someone else. Check the "Choose" page for available Bears.
6) No, you may not use a text link for the Clique, please use the kawaii 'lil Care Bear Icons. I WILL check for this!
7) Please notify me if you get a new URL or something so I may update the "Members List".
Now, go on to the "Choose" Page and grab your Bear!
