This Clique first started on February 22, 2001. I got the idea of a Care Bear Clique from the My Little Pony Clique, it being dedicated to that 80s Cartoon, and well hey, I'm am 80s child so... I hadn't seen any cliques dedicated to the 80s cartoon The Care Bears, so volia! A Care Bear Clique... called Care Bears Stare because the 'care bear stare' is their 'attack' to heal/eliminate [turned bad] characters or evil characters.
The first layout was supposed to be black background w/green, and Good Luck Bear as the layout's character, it used complicated frames and did not work like I wanted it to, so I dumped that one. The second layout was this past one with a My Little Pony background from the MLP clique, with a drop-down menu. Now the layout is an I-frame layout featuring some of the Care Bear family: Cheer Bear, Treat Heart Pig, Bright Heart Raccoon, Hugs & Tugs; and in the I-frame are the Care Bears: Swift Heart Rabbit, Grumpy Bear, Brave Heart Lion, Good Luck Bear, Lotsa Heart Elephant, and Tender Heart Bear.
