Wave Race was definatly one of those games that blew everyone away the first time they saw it - yet alone played it! The water in WR is absolutly stunning! Before this game water never really looked very good, It looked solid, din't move fluently and just didnt feel right. The Water makes this game a real blst to race on, with varyeing conditions and some HUGE waves to catch some wicked air from! The water is probably the most notable effect in WR but it isn't the only awesome graphical touch in this game, the backgrouns are pretty good with helicopters and dolphins going about their daily warez. The way the riders react to every bump and smash is also noteworthy and can result in some spectacular looking airobatics!

Racing is so much fun in this game because of how differabnt it is to a conventional racing game and still being hyper realistic! Over taking an opponant by stramlining your rider and going through a wave, whilst he is in the air has to be seen to belive. Another awesome part of the game are the stunts! There is nothing like overtaking a freind whilst riding you jetski backwards, or even pulling a hand stand is a terrific way to rum it in! A lot of the time that I play this though, I find myself just heading towards some ramps or big waves to practice my stunts! The racing is awesome, but having a stunt competition is even better! This is one of those awesome Nintendo games where you can take time out to do your own thing! Awesome!

Overall this game is a must try, and at it's budget price tag it really demands your purchase!
