Looks:
*Swoon*... he looks good in his human form as well as his alien form...
especially his ice piercing blue eyes.
Personality: More caring/concerned and smarter than his accomplice. Can be a bit naïve and dense sometimes but overall he works things out eventually.
Special Abilities: plays his flute really well, summoning up monsters from a deck of cards, basic evil villain powers (e.g. gush of wind forcing opponent backwards kinda thingy). Able to transform into human form.
Sweetheart(s): He does have an obsession with Usagi a.k.a. Serena (what the hell is wrong with him!!!) But his true love is his partner Anne (Though Anne has an obsession with Mamoru a.k.a. Darien *what was the world come to???*…) There is always the whole population of school girls who drool over Alan whenever he walks pass (actually, it's more like they follow him).
Comments: Like most of Sailor Moon villains, they turn good at the end. Basically, Alan is probably one of the first villain to turn good. Anyway, Alan is actually pretty ordinary (beside the fact that he's an alien ^-^) and there isn't anything special about him.
