Umm... definitely not the most attractive guy in the world but definitely not ugly either.
Tall, slim with sleek black hair. He always seem to have this evil look on his face...
Personality: Well... hmmm... it's a bit hard to describe Saitou. He's very unemotional but there is a certain human compassion somewhere within (somewhere...) Overall, he's a nice guy...
Special Abilities: His sword skills are almost as good as Kenshin's and at once stage in the Anime, he almost kills Kenshin. He's sword skills is called Gazoupo (or something like that) which is a horizontal attack.
Sweetheart(s): amazingly, he's married (you should have seen Kenshin and Misao reaction when he told them that he's married). Hmm... what's her name again... wait, give me a minute....okay, I forgot...
Comments: Okay, I have to say he's not very good looking but he's really REALLY COOL! He kinda started off as a bad guy but he's actually good... Not to mention that he fights really well (come on, he nearly beaten Kenshin to a bloody pulp although he didn't look too good himself). Anyway, I thought it was really funny when he told Kenshin and Misao that he was married (my reaction was somewhat similar to both Kenshin and Misao ^-^)
