Looks:
He's blonde, he's tall and he has cool green eyes with a sexy scar running across his
face... what more is there?? Seriously, Seifer plays the gorgeous villain.
Personality: the most arrogant person alive but he's cool ^-^. He's stubborn, hot tempered, confident... and these are his main flaws. But don't think that Seifer is all bad, he's actually pretty nice guy... I mean, he did try to help Rinoa. He's nice enough to have two very faithful 'follower'.
Special Abilities: Seifer's attack is pretty similar to Squall (okay not really but...), I mean, Seifer's weapon is a gunblade like Squall's and he knows how to use it though he's still a pretty easy opponent (but then again, it's usually 3 against 1 when you fight against Seifer in the game). Not fantastic with magic but uses it regularly anyway.
Sweetheart(s): Rinoa use to have a crush on Seifer in the beginning of the game and he seems to care enough for her but Rinoa at the end of the game is head over heels in love with Squall so technically, there's nothing going on between Seifer and Rinoa anymore. There might (very very VERY slim) chance that Seifer might fancy Selphie... For example, telling her that he needs to tell her about his 'romantic dream' and how he said that he 'regretted not getting to know' Selphie some more. Then there is of course his faithful comrade Fujin but I think he treats her more like a comrade that a potential lover (although I think Fujin likes Seifer). And finally there's Quistis *aahh... pls don't kill me*. hehe... well, of course it's pretty far fetched and they seem to hate each other more than like each other but I think they make a good couple anyway.
Comments: One of the main villain of the game. He's cocky, arrogant... but he's damn good... Physically, he has got more than what it takes to become a SeeD but Seifer's downfall is that's he's too irrational and conceited. But in some way, you feel sorry for him because he got hung up in a very bad position and what he did is almost excusable (doing what he could to keep afloat). But in the end, Seifer came to accept that he could not be a SeeD and though he may be sad about that, he's no longer bitter... and anyway, isn't he just G.O.R.G.E.O.U.S. *swoon* (yes... that to-die-for smirk)
