Looks: he's so adorable. Not to mention has has fluffy
slippers *yay*. He's only like 13 so give him a couple of years and he'll be one of the
best looking bishounen around.
Personality: A bit selfish and up himself but then again he's only 13. However, he does seem to be caring towards Akane.
Special Abilities: Toma's fighting ability solely depends on his illusion tricks. He's able to create illusions and then use it to attack his enemies (I don't know exactly how it works so don't ask). But he can fight pretty well even without his illusion tricks...
Sweetheart(s): He has this obsession with Akane but he finally gave up Akane at the end. But he still has the idea that Akane is the perfect girl and is trying to find a girl just like her...
Comments: Okay, I know he only exist for the sole purpose of the movie but I WANT TO SEE MORE OF HIM. He has kick @rse illusionistic powers that even Ranma can't beat (okay, we can go into a philosophical argument whether Ranma really defeated Toma, but to me, I don't think Ranma did). I love his cute fluffy slippers too...
