face. However, he's class 1 bishounen. Messy black hair with a adorable face, not to
mention this guy has WINGS!!!
Personality: As I said, he's only fifteen so he can be a bit immature. Other than that, he's very sweet, shy and protective. He's also a bit obsessive to a point where he kinda went insane but that's expected from piloting Escaflowne.
Special Abilities: a good swordsman, but not as good as Allen. He pilots the legendary Escaflowne and that's a sh!t good mecha. Anyway, my favourite thing about Van is that... he can fly! He's a half ryoujin who is the legendary Atlantians, so he has wings...
Sweetheart(s): Hitomi mainly, who is the only girl he likes (although it took him long enough to actually show it and her to actually get it)... but then again, she returned to earth. Secondly, there's this cat girl name Merle who's obsessed with Van. She would totally be out to ruin your life if you show the slightest interest in her Van-sama...
Comments: He may be a gorgeous hunk with wings and pilot the great Escaflowne, but you have to agree that he's mentally unstable. He's obsessed with getting revenge for his little country Fanelia, so obsessed that he went psycho. Anyway, I still like Van, he's so cute when he has his wings out and his little crush on Hitomi is so adorable.
