Yasashiisa no Tane (Seed of Kindness) Part 1 by Hikari Yagami
(Named after the song that Iwao Junko/Tomoyo from CCS sings. It matches my character's background. Sakura's digimon happens to be a plant-type, and her digimental and personality happens to be kindness.)

This is sort of an OVAish thing... n.n; A little bit of an alternate universe? It's much like a Digimon universe, if only my character was in it. It takes place before they discover who the Digimon Kaizer really is. Anyways, this is kind of a romance ficcie. Or it will turn out to be... and this is my first fic and I'm only 12! So be nice! ^_~ MY VERY FIRST FIC!

	A young eleven-year-old girl pushed open the door to the classroom. Her long brown hair was tied up into two long pigtails. She wore dark black uniform and had a gentle, but nervous smile across her face. She looked pretty attractive for a child her age. The girl brushed her bangs away from her face, then walked over to the middle of the room where the teacher's desk was. 

	The teacher smiled at the class, piling a couple of folders in a neat pile. He placed his hands on the desk, looking at the whole class, "We have a new student at Tamachi Elementary School. Her name is Tachikawa Sakura. Make her feel welcome here."

	Sakura smiled slightly, bowing, ".. p.. pleasure to be.. here."
	Loud whispers among the class were heard, "The new girl is cute..."
	She frowned, having a feeling she'll have hoardes of boys running after her. The girl began scanning around the room, looking at all the new faces.. and they also had all their eyes on her. She sighed, then set herself down at an empty seat. The teacher began to take roll call.
	"Akio."
	"Here."
	"Araki."
	"Here.."

	Sakura placed her head on the table, frowning more, and waiting for her name to be called up. She didn't like her new school. She had just moved from Odaiba Elementary School to Tamachi Elementary School.

	"Ichijouji."
	"Here."

	Ichijouji? Did that last name sound quiet familiar. The voice came from beside her.. she slowly turned her head, finding herself facing a boy about her age. He had short black hair, wore some kind of white-ish uniform. He does look familiar to her. Television? Must be him... the boy genius that everyone was talking about.
	Ichijouji, Ken.
	Sakura began to smile a little. How much she admired him... and his desk is right next to hers!
	A boy tapped on Ken's shoulder, then began pointing at Sakura.
	Sakura blinked slowly, then Ken looked over... coming face to face with the girl. A blush crept up her face, "A.. anou..."
	"Tachikawa.."
	Sakura quickly sprang up to her feet, "Here!"
	A anime sweatdrop rolled down the teacher's head, "Uhm, yeah, Tachikawa. You may sit down..."
	Panting heavily, she sat back down on her seat, trying to avoid eye contact with the boy genius.
	Ken stared oddly at her, then looked away.


	The bells began to play, ringing to say that school's out. Children came rushing down the steps, then heading out to the sidewalk. Others were playing, walking home, and taking rides back to their houses. 
	Sakura stepped down the steps, sighing, "It was alright. I guess." she stopped, and began looking at the soccer field where Ken was playing. She had the feeling Ken was going to stop and see her, so she just turned around... cupping her hands by her eyes, "Don't LOOK.. Don't LOOK."
	A group of girls ran up to Sakura, giggling.
	One of them spoke up cheerfully, "You like Ken, dontchyaaa'..?!"
	"Uhh.. I uhhm.."
	Some of the girls began to shake Sakura playfully, "You do, hm, Tachikawa-san?!"
	Sakura's face turned cherry red, "Okay.. stop that."
	The girls laughed, "Oh well, see you later, Tachikawa!" they ran off, giggling.

	"Bunch of ditzes! Now they're gonna spread rumors around the whole school!" Sakura said, stomping on her way down the sidewalk. "They do remind me of Mimi-oneechan though." She sighed, stopping under a tree shade. She leaned on the tree, picking a small little gadget out of her pocket. She glanced at the little screen on the device, ".. and... the digivice says... 3:23 AM.. oh no! I have to meet up with Miyako and the others at Odaiba Elementary, 3:30! Gotta go fast!" The girl grabbed her bag, then sped her way down the sidewalk. 


	Miyako paced back and forth, her purple hair blowing a bit in the cool breeze. "Where in the world is she?!"
	Hikari sighed, "Too bad she had to transfer to another school."	
	"Yeah. And if she didn't, she'd be here by now!" Takeru nodded. Iori nodded along with Takeru, not really saying much. 
	Daisuke was sitting up ontop of a tree branch, then saw a familiar pig-tailed girl running down the sidewalk, "HEY! Sakura's here!"
	Sakura skid to stop, and hung her head low, "... s.. sorry.."
	Miyako smiled, patting her best friend on the back. "It's alright! Atleast your here!"
	The pig-tailed girl looked up, and just showed her gentle smile. "Mm-hmm.."
	Hikari placed her hands on her hips, "Sooo, how was the new school?"
	"You mean the private school? It was alright, I guess. Even if we have to wear uniforms. But.. there's something surprising about Tamachi Elementary." Sakura grinned.
	"Oh? Like what?"
	"You know, that boy genius?"
	"Yeah, Ichijouji Ken. And...?"
	Takeru, Daisuke, Iori, the boys, stood away from the three girls.. probably thinking it was just a bunch of unimportant girl talk. Until..
	"He goes to Tamachi Elementary School!"
	Daisuke fell off of the tree branch, falling into the ground with a thud. "What?! REALLY?!" He stood up.
	"Are you alright?" Hikari sweatdropped.
	Daisuke smiled, speaking at a fast pace, "I'm alright!!" he looked over to Sakura, "THAT'S SO COOL! Will you ask him if he could meet with me?! PLEASE? He's the best!"
	Sakura blinked, giving Daisuke a very weird look. "Eh..?"
	Miyako laughed, "Ohoho! He's just a big fan of the genius."
	Daisuke shrugged, and went on his knees in front of Sakura. "Pretty please? With a cherry on top? I'd like to meet a famous person my age!"
	Sakura shook her head, placing her hands behind her back. "... uhm.. well.. y'see.."
	"What?!"
	Hikari cleared her throat, "Shouldn't we be concentrating on something more important? We have a Dark Tower to destroy in the DigiWorld."
	Daisuke hopped up, his hands at the side of his body. "Yes, Hikari! Anything!"
	Everyone sweatdropped, then went into their 'serious' modes.
	Takeru nodded, "Yes, and stop the Digimon Kaizer. He's probably taking over more of the land in the DigiWorld at the moment."	
	"We also have other things to do." Iori spoke up.
	"Like what?"
	Iori nodded his head toward Sakura, "She still needs to find her Digimon and DigiMental."
	"Yeah, they must be there inside the Dark Tower." Sakura said sadly. "I really want to get my Digimon and DigiMental, so I can help everyone fight. All I have right now, is my DigiVice."
