Episode 199
The episode opens with red butterflies fluttering across the sky. Princess Fireball is briefly shown in the starry sky.
The princess begins talking about the Sailor Wars.
Princess: "The Sailor Wars raged since the time of the galaxy's creation."
A scene of the galaxy is shown, images of the inner senshi in front of their planets come in and out.
Princess: "Sailor Soldiers fought against evil which infringed on peace."
A flashback of Sailor Galaxia sealing Chaos is shown.
Galaxia has a sword; she thrusts it into the ground and Chaos is sealed within her. A bright pink light shoots up into the sky and the dark clouds part to reveal the starry night sky.
Princess: "Until the origin of evil throughout the galaxy, Chaos, was defeated and sealed by the legendary strongest Sailor Soldier!"
The scene of butterflies is shown again. A shadowy figure, Galaxia, is on a cliff, her hair lightly blowing in the breeze.
The sky is full of shining stars.
Her face is shown, but it’s mostly masked by her hair. The scene changes back to the present. Galaxia is talking.
Galaxia: "That's right. The strongest Sailor Soldier sealed Chaos within her!"
The city is in ruins. The sky is black and red. Black lightening bolts are striking everywhere.
Galaxia: "It was the only way to
save the galaxy!"
Sailor Moon, the Sailor Star Lights, and Sailor Chibi Chibi are watching Galaxia as she talks.
Healer: "What is she talking about?"
Maker: "I don't know..."
As Galaxia talks, the city is shown in ruins, crumbled buildings and rubble.
Galaxia: "Peace returned to the galaxy but the soldier who sealed Chaos within her realized there was no other who could be relied upon, and that the future of the galaxy should only be reshaped by my hands, the strongest soldier in the galaxy!"
Galaxia is holding her sword.
Galaxia: "And the soldier began collecting Star Seeds from stars and planets throughout the galaxy, expanding her territory, until she controlled the entire galaxy!"
Maker: "Could it be...!"
Fighter: "Could it be that the legendary
Sailor Soldier is...?"
Galaxia: "Yes! The ruler of the entire galaxy and the strongest is... me! Sailor Galaxia!"
Lightening strikes as Galaxia says those horrible words. A split screen shot of the Sailor Star Light’s eyes are shown as they speak.
Fighter: "What?"
Maker: "The Light of Hope we've been searching for is Galaxia?"
Healer: "No! That's not true!"
Galaxia raises her sword above her head. Bright yellow energy surrounds her body.
Sailor Moon and the Sailor Star Lights are watching.
Sailor Chibi Chibi is scared and she clings to Sailor Moon’s leg.
Suddenly the scene of the red butterfly and Galaxia standing on the cliff is shown again.
Moon: "Was that truly the only way?"
Galaxia: "What?"
Sailor Moon is looking at Galaxia sadly.
You can see the pain Sailor Moon has suffered through just by looking into her eyes.
Moon: "Why did you try to solve everything by yourself? If everyone came together, there might have been a better way without sacrificing anyone. Right?"
Galaxia: "What?"
Moon: "If you are that same Sailor Soldier, we can understand each other!"
Galaxia is looking at Sailor Moon meanly, and then she laughs at what Sailor Moon is saying.
Galaxia: "Understand each other?"
Galaxia slashes her sword at Sailor Moon. A yellow force from the sword speeds towards Sailor Moon.
