The episode opens outside of Usagi's school. There is a sign hanging up saying "Tenth Festival". There are many students all around the campus decorating for the festival. Above Usagi's classroom is a sign that says "Coffee Shop: Tenth Little Beauty". Inside the classroom is Usagi and many other students.
Usagi: *Mamoru, it's the season for our
festival at Tenth High School. The school festival brings
a different atmosphere. Everyone is smiling and happy!*
Usagi is making a poster.
Usagi: "Our class has decided to
organize a coffee shop."
Usagi looks at her finished poster.
Usagi: "Perfect!"
Minako calls to the class.
Minako: "Hi, everyone!"
Usagi looks up.
Usagi: "Is it ready?"
Minako: "Tada! How do you like it? Good?"
Minako poses in a cute black dress and white frilled apron. The class "oooo's" at Minako. Makoto speaks up.
Makoto: "It's still being stitched,
but it should look like this!"
Makoto holds up a completed dress. Usagi looks at the dress.
Usagi: "Looks cute!"
Minako: "The outfit looks fabulous
because the model is good!"
Minako gets glassy eyed and daydreams.
Minako: "I knew it! I should be
Miss Tenth High, right?"
Usagi has the completed dress on and poses excitedly.
Usagi: "I look cute with this
as well, don't I?"
Minako looks at Usagi, annoyed that she has deverted the attention away from her.
Minako: "Hey!"
Usagi tugs at the waist of the dress and looks at it.
Usagi: "But it's big around the waist."
Makoto: "Oh! I used Minako for
the measurements."
Minako has an even more annoyed look on her face.
Minako: "You're trying to provoke
me, aren't you?"

The scene changes and Makoto is looking out the window in a classroom. Usagi and Minako are standing to the sides of her.
Makoto: "A school festival is
exciting, isn't it? We get to stay together this late!"
Minako: "That's why it's a festival!"
Makoto: "Right!"
Usagi: "Besides that, I like the
atmosphere since everyone's mind is
united as one!"
Usagi then looks down sadly.
Usagi: "I believe it's important for
everyone to work together."
Makoto and Minako look concerned for Usagi.
Makoto: "Usagi!"
Usagi suddenly looks up because she hears the radio playing. The class listens as one of the Three Lights songs play.
song: "You are always shining, your smiling face is like a small star."
Usagi, Makoto, and Minako listen to the music.
Minako: "They're still singing."
Makoto: "I hope they can come to see us."
song: "I cherish it."
Usagi still looks sad.
Usagi: "Yes."
