The episode opens with Galaxia smiling as she holds a golden star seed in her hand.
Galaxia: "Beautiful... The Star Seed
in charge of the Earth... It's shine is great for a planet in
the rural area of the galaxy."
Sailor Star Healer and Star Maker are standing infront of Galaxia's throne with Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon behind them. Sailor Moon is on her knees looking down and Sailor Star Fighter is behind her.
Maker: "Star Seed for the Earth?"
Healer: "Is that?"
Galaxia: "All life in this galaxy
hosts Star Seeds. However, the Star Seeds which
have eternal shines are... those of soldiers with the
energy of stars and planets!"
Sailor Moon then looks up at the black and red sky with tears in her eyes.
Her fists are clenched as she remembers her friends.
Moon: "Mars..."
Moon: "Mercury..."
Moon: "Jupiter..."
Moon: "Venus..."
Moon: "Mamoru..."
Galaxia holds up the golden star seed and all the other star seeds twinkle as they float above her throne.
Galaxia: "Look! I'm going to get Star Seeds
from all the stars and planets and become ruler of the whole
galaxy as Star Galaxia!"
Sailor Moon looks at Galaxia angrily.
Moon: "Terrible... you're so terrible!"
Galaxia looks at her.
Moon: "What's the meaning of it? Why are
you doing this terrible thing?"
Galaxia smiles.
Galaxia: "Why?"
Galaxia looks at the star seed in her hand and laughs to herself.
Galaxia: "That reminds me of the man who held this
Star Seed. He said the same thing."
She holds out the star seed and it glows as yellow rays flow out of it. A flashback begins of Mamoru on the plane to America. He's looking at a picture of him, Usagi, and Chibiusa.
Mamoru: "Usagi..."
Suddenly a blast of yellow light head for the plane. Mamoru looks out the window and the yellow light engulfs the plane. Soon it is in another dimension, the sky is red and black.
Tuxedo Mask is on the wing of the plane and looks around.
Tuxedo Mask: "What was that?"
Then a big ball of light appears above Tuxedo Mask. He sheilds his eyes as he looks at it. A voice is heard.
Galaxia: "I feel it! The shining energy
of a Star Seed!"
Tuxedo Mask: "Who are you?"
The light fades and Galaxia is floating in front of Tuxedo Mask.
Galaxia: "Ruler of the entire galaxy, Galaxia!"
Tuxedo Mask looks up at her.
Tuxedo Mask: "Why are you doing this? What's the purpose in inflicting pain
and suffering on innocent people?"
Galaxia: "The entire galaxy
belongs to me! I decide on how things
are to be treated!"
Tuxedo Mask: "The galaxy belongs
to nobody!"
Galaxia sets her feet on the top of the plane as she looks down on Tuxedo Mask.
Galaxia: "Do you want to clarify that?"
He looks angrily at her and jumps to attack. She darts out of the way and before Tuxedo Mask can see her, she blasts him with the energy from her braclets. Tuxedo Mask looks shocked as a scene is shown of a rose bursting apart as his white mask falls.
He then falls to his knees as Galaxia holds his star seed.
Galaxia: "The Star Seed in charge of the Earth!
Now this planet is in my hands!"
Tuxedo Mask: "I don't think so!"
Galaxia looks at Tuxedo Mask angrily.
Galaxia: "What?"
His head is down as he speaks weakly.
Tuxedo Mask: "On this planet, there are..."
Galaxia listens, a bit concerned with his ramblings.
Tuxedo Mask: "...agents of love and justice, Sailor
Soldiers who keep the peace..."
He then looks up at her with a faint smile.
Tuxedo Mask: "They will definitely strike out
your evil ambition..."
He begins to fade away into glowing balls. He looks up to the sky and with his last breath...
Tuxedo Mask: "Usagi!"
The flashback ends as the golden star seed stops glowing.
Sailor Moon looks at Galaxia horrified and she puts her hands on her head and begins crying.
Moon: "No! Mamoru! Mamoru!"
Sailor Star Fighter watches Sailor Moon as she cries.
Galaxia: "What a stupid man!"
The golden star seed floats up with the rest of them.
Galaxia: On this planet, there is neither
love nor justice! Galaxia: The only thing that exists
is the shine!"
Galaxia clenches her fists and smiles evily.
Galaxia: "The one with the brightest shine
is entitled to be ruler!"
Sailor Moon is crying as the Sailor Star Lights watch Galaxia.
Galaxia: "Now! You'll surrender your
Star Seeds to me!"
Galaxia holds up her wrists to blast them. The Star Lights stand alert as Sailor Moon cries and mumbles.
Moon: "Mamoru...
Mamoru is dead..."
Before she attacks Sailor Star Fighter jumps to block Sailor Moon. Galaxia lets out a quick laugh as she blasts the senshi. Before the blasts can hit Sailor Moons locket glows. Galaxia smiles as the blasts approach them. But suddenly she looks shocked when she sees that the senshi have disappeared.
Galaxia: "What?"
She stands up surprised at their disappearence.
Galaxia: "They're gone!
It's that same light... appearing and disappearing in front
of my Queen's throne so easily? Who are they? But I won't let you escape."
Galaxia raises her arms to the star seeds.
Galaxia: "The galaxy is in my hands!"
