The episode opens with Artemis outside on the city streets watching a news report on a television in a store window.
Reporter: "The sun spot continues to spread out. All over the world suffered earthquake, volcanic eruption, hurricane and other anomalies which seemed to be caused by this spread. The meteorological agency commented that this anomaly is first of its kind, and..."
Artemis looks concerned.
Artemis: "Gotta do something about this..."

Later that night Usagi is serving her family her homemade dinner.
Usagi: "Thank you for waiting. This is the Usagi-chan special curry!"
Dad: "Let's eat everybody."
Usagi's brother looks at the food funny.
Shingo: "Is this edible?"
Usagi: "Don't insult me. It may look bad but it's a gormet flavor."
Usagi takes the first bite and she makes a wierd face.
Usagi: "It's too spicy!"

Later that night Usagi, Ami, Rei, Makoto, & Minako are at Rei's temple.
Minako: "It's time."
Makoto: "I'm psyched."
Ami: "The time has come at last."
Usagi leans over to Rei.
Usagi: "Psst, Rei. Have you kissed Yuichiru yet?"
Rei: "What made you think that?"
Usagi: "I mean, if you should die, you'd regret..."
Rei yells at Usagi.
Rei: "I'm not going to die!"
Usagi falls on the ground and gets teary eyed.
Usagi: "Your so mean. I was just worried about you."
Rei: "That's a laugh."
Minako: "Usagi, let's not think of dying."
Makoto: "Right. I'm already thinking of falling in love when I get back."
Usagi: "Mako... You're right. I'm sorry."
Ami: "Love... I, too."
The girls crowd around Ami and give her curious looks. Ami blushes.
Luna and Artemis have had enough of their talking about useless things.
Artemis: "No time for idle chatter."
Luna: "Everybody, make up."
Usagi takes out her transformation brooch and the girls takes out their transformation sticks.
Usagi: "Moon Prism Power! Make Up!"
Ami: "Mercury Power..."
Rei: "Mars Power..."
Makoto: "Jupiter Power..."
Minako: "Venus Power..."
All Girls: "Make Up!"
While the girls are transforming Luna and Artemis are talking to eachother.
Luna: "They're going all the way to the D point in the Arctic. We're injured, so we'll stay."
Artemis: "When all the Sailor Warriors join forces, Queen Byrel can be defeated.
The girls finish transforming, form a circle, and grab eachothers hands.
Artemis: "Sailor Teleport!"
A glow starts to form around the scouts
and they disappear.
Artemis and Luna look up at the sky.
Artemis: "Good luck."
Luna: "Everybody, come back to us safely."

The senshi are in the arctic looking for an entrance to Queen Byrel's hideout. Mercury is scanning the area on her mini data computer. Usagi is complaining.
Moon: "It's cold! How can you guys stand it?"
Mars: "Pipe down! If you stay focused you won't feel it!"
Moon: "If it's cold it's cold!
Mercury: *I worry about her future...*
Mercury: "Got it. Huge amounts of solar energy is being released from there."
* * *
Meanwhile in Queen Byrel's palace.
Byrel: "Her majesty Metalia will resurrect soon. They will not stop us. Anybody who will dispose of them, come forward."
A group of 5 females show up before Byrel. They are called the DD Girls.
DD: "We'll deal with them."
* * *
The senshi are still searching for the enemy.
Mercury: "Wait. The energy reading went up."
Suddenly Tuxedo Mask appears before the senshi. He is tied up and hanging. Seeing this, Sailor Moon takes a step forward, but Sailor Mercury stops her.
Moon: "Tuxedo Mask."
Mercury: "Wait. It could be a trap."
Jupiter: "It usually is..."
Sailor Moon is sad that she can't help him
Moon: "But..."
Mars: "You're so stupid that they target you first!"
Moon: "But..."
Mercury: "I'll scan him."
Mercury starts scanning Tuxedo Mask, then he speaks.
Tuxedo: "Help me... Sailor Moon..."
This is too much for Sailor Moon.
Moon: "I can't leave him!"
Sailor Moon runs towards him.
Venus: "Hold it!"
The senshi chase Sailor Moon and tackle her to stop her.
Moon: "But I can't stand seeing him suffer!"
She struggles and kicks to get the senshi off of her.
Moon: "Lemme go!"
Sailor Mercury's computer comes up with a reading warning of danger.
Mercury: "Watch out! That's a youma!"
Suddenly vines burst out of Tuxedo Masks' chest and they almost hit the senshi. Then the Tuxedo Mask illusion turns into one of the DD Girls.
At this point Sailor Mars is very angry.
Mars: "There! You see!?"
Moon: "Sorry..."
Sailor Moon stands up and begins to yell anything that pops into her head at the DD girl.
Moon: "Hey you stupid youma! You'll pay for tricking me! I admit I was careless, but you're worse playing with a girls heart! I'm really really mad about this!"
Mars: "Make it short."
Moon: "Anyways, In the name of the Moon, I'll punish you!"
The other four of the DD Girls appear behind the first.
Moon: "There are five?"
DD: "Inside the D point, you cannot defeat us.
The Tuxedo Mask illusion appears again.
Tuxedo: "Sailor Moon... I love you."
Sailor Mars is amused.
Mars: "Who would be stupid enough to fall for the same trick?"
Moon: "What if it's the real one this time?"
Sailor Moon runs towards Tuxedo Mask again, only to have the senshi chase her and barely miss the attack again.
Mars: "See!?"
Jupiter is mad at the DD girl now.
Jupiter: "That does it!"
Sailor Jupiter starts her Supreme Thunder attack, when an illusion of Motoki appears.
Jupiter: "Motoki?"
