When a character is talking out-loud I put quotes around their lines.
Moon: "I believe!"
When a character is thinking something I put little stars around it.
Moon: *I believe!*
One thing I like to do to my summaries is add color to the text. I color the character's lines. I usually decide the color by their outfit color. Here is a table showing which colors I use for each character.

Japanese Words
senshi- that means "soilder". I'll say Sailor Senshi which means "Sailor Soldier" or in the dub, "Sailor Scout"
