Some kind of dark and sinister voice enjoys itself during the pilot film. Either this voice is the owner of the factory/plant that is polluting Chuko, Ojisan and the mice's home, or an evil spirit that keeps the factory/plant running, enjoying the destruction it's making. Either that, or the factory itself is alive!
