Brolly is a sayian.Brolly was very big and strong for hiis age,he was born with a power level of 10,000 thats stronger than Goku when he fought Radditz.Although Brolly is very powerful when he finnaly sees Goku again Goku is also very powerful.Brolly is like the Ultra Sayian he is big and powerful.He killed Vegetavery easily but it wasnt so easy with Goku and his will to fight.
