Yamcha is a desert bandit that stole from anybody that crooses his path.Due to his fear of girls in dragon ball ha over heard Bulma talking about that dragon balls and he thought it would be a good idea to steal the balls and wish to overcome his fear of girls.Yamcha started also as Goku's enemy but became his friend.
