Did you know Naoko-sama was really thinking when she wrote that manga? I mean, aside from when she thought up that 'Star Gentle Uterus' thing (...I think she was running out of ideas). Because most of the stuff Haruka owns is real ^^ Do you recognize this car? This is a 1995, F512M Ferrari. Its shows up in the manga alot, and once in the anime. It even is mentioned in Harukas image song, "Initial U" "The machine in front is the Ferrari!" Compare the numbers on this car (from the manga**) with the letters on Harukas car. They've even got the same tail lights! Also compare this photograph to the picture in the anime from ep 168. This is a 1967 Toyota 2000 GT convertible, a very nice Japanese car. Only 300 of these cars were built. It made an appearence in the 1968 Bond movie You Only Live Twice, driven by the Japanese agent Aki. The car in the movie is the rarest of all 2000GT's - it's a very desirable convertible and only one was ever made. The car is now in Toyota's museum. Ok, ok, I know you're bummed because you wanted to get a car just like Harukas, but there too expensive. But don't give up hope! You can still buy a toy car! Tee-hee! It even opens up! Kawaii ne? But, just so you know, this little toy car is $99.99 US. O.o; a bit too pricey for me... This is Harukas also famous motorcycle, a 1989 Yamaha TZR250. Sometimes the colors vary, but this is definately one of the ones she has. See this picture from the anime in the beginning of episode 106. The beginning of this episode intrests me, I am now on a quest to find the helmet she wears -a red Sasaki helmet. Its fun looking for all this stuff! I'm definately on the lookout for her helicopter and dirtbike.
