3 Whole Eggs
1 cup Sugar
3 tsp. Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1-2 tsp. Anise Oil
8 Good Cups Flour
1 Pint Sweet Cream
Paralysis or sleeping potion, how much of whatever you see fit is completly up to you.

Moisten with cream
