End User Registration and License Agreement for Neptune.Spydar.com

This website isprovided to you free of charge, "AS IS," subject to the terms and conditions of this Registration and License Agreement (the "Agreement"). Please read this Agreement in full before checking out my site. ONLY INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE AGREED TO BEING MY FRIEND MAY READ THIS STUFF.

BY READING BELOW, YOU WARRANT THAT YOU ARE TWLEVE YEARS OR OLDER AND AGREE TO CHECK OUT MY SITE AS PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT.

1. Limited License. I grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use check out this site for your own individual use.

You represent and warrant that you will use this site only for lawful and entertaining purposes and in accordance with this Agreement, and that you will not use the site to violate any law, regulation or ordinance or any right of me or any third party, including, without limitation, any right of privacy, publicity, copyright or trademark.

4. Termination. Should you breach this Agreement, your right to view this site shall never terminate without notice. You may also terminate this Agreement by simply not coming here.....right Yuan?

5. Not much support by Me. You understand that you use the view at your own risk and that I provide little assistance in updating it other than the information posted on friends and when i just wanna babble.

11. Injunctive Relief. You acknowledge that this site and confidential information, and that disclosure of such information or misuse of the site will give rise to irreparable injury to me, inadequately compensable in damages. Accordingly, I may seek and obtain injunctive relief against the breach or threatened breach of the foregoing undertakings, in addition to any other legal remedies which may be available.

12. Construction. If any part of the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, forget about it, I already have.
