Asuka Langley Sohryu

Hello there!!! My name is Asuka Langley Sohryu. Or, if you prefer, Sohryu Asuka Langley. Either way, it's your pleasure. I am the beautiful and talented pilot of Evangelion Unit 02, the best of all the Evas! Did you doubt it? Mine was the first one especially structured for combat. Wondergirl's unit was the prototype, and Shinji's was only the test-type. They function DECENTLY, I suppose, but my eva has never gone berserk on me or tried to kill me or anyone else in the Nerv facility. I think there's something wrong with both of them, personally... but I degress. I was talking about myself, wasn't I? Well, I am 14 years old and attending school as an 8th grader in Tokyo-3. I wish someone could explain to me why I have to go back to 8th grade! I already finished college in Germany, where I grew up. Now I transfer with my Eva to Japan, where I am surrounded by idiots! Auch! How frustrating...


Hi there, this is lovely_asuka, to complete my darling second child's story. She left out some painful, but nonetheless important parts of the story.
Her mother was not at all well, ignoring her and talking to a doll instead while she lay in the hospital bed. It's really a shame that Asuka's mother didn't support her in the way that she needed. When she found out she was to be a pilot, she ran in to tell her mother, only to find her hanging from the ceiling, dead.
Also, my darling Asuka, I hate to bring it up, but while it's true that your Eva never tried to kill you or anyone besides the angels, don't forget that you were the only one of the children mind-raped by an angel...
