Synopsis:

When somebody needs to be killed, Mireille is one of the most reliable assassins in the business. Her life is filled with a steady income and comfortable living, but fate intervenes when a young girl with deadly skills seeks her out in Japan, bearing a watch that plays a familiar tune. The girl has no memory and remembers only her name - Noir, the same name as the top French government assassin of the 1970s. In order to investigate the secrets of their common past, the two of them begin working together under that name... and shadowy forces immediately begin trying to kill them.

Noir is a 26 episode TV series currently running in Japan, is available on VCD w/ English subs, and will soon be out in the states by ADV Films.
