Review: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon

I know this isn't an Anime, but it is an Asian film, so I'm going to review it anyway. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (CTHD), is a tale of an anciet artifact and it's journey between two peoples hearts. Shu Lien, is a matrial arts expert deliviering a sword (Green Destiny) to Sir Te, a famous goverener. The sword is stolen by the notorious Jade Fox. There is some speculation that somone in Governer Yu's house has taken the sword. Who has done it?

This movie has some Great fight scenes, people are flippen everywhere and they are so fast you wonder how these things were ever coreographed. In fact they were c.graphed by Yuen Wo-ping, the guy that did the Matrix. The director is Ang Lee, the man who did Sense and Sensibility. (Weird combo) The character devlopment is great, you can really tell thefeelings between Shu Lien and Li Mu Bai. This movie is subtitiled and palying at your local theatre. I reccomned this to any fan of kungfu flicks, or anyone that want's a good action movie that has heart. I think most Otaku should see this moive, it has a couple of Asian parts in it that you need to know about, but even without studying the plot is still very easy on the mind.
