Review: Nadesico

Nadesico is a 26 episode TV series with several OVA's and a theatrical movie. The story focuses around a pilot named Akito and the captain of the Nadesico, who is also the girl that loves him, Yurika. The Nadesico and its somewhat 'abnormal' crew are on a desperate mission to save Earth from aliens from outerspace. However, along their journey they uncover many strange twists about the aliens and themselves. There is plenty of action, drama, romance, and especially comedy.
The animation is very good for a TV series, and the quality of the music is equal if not better (opening song 'You Get to Burning' and ending song 'Watashirashiku') I recommend this series to Comedy fans.
