Summary:
This was my freshman homecoming, my first. Did I have a good time? Well..... sorta? I switched heels with my friend because hers were hurting her.... and I regreted that..... they were a little small AND they hurt like h#%*! So I ended up walking around with no shoes on in the end. I didn't have a date... so I was out on all the slow dances (nope, no prince charmings asked me to dance.... the only ones there were taken... why don't guys go stag?) My friends all seemed to have dates..... the guy I was gonna go with was there with another girl.... my friends weren't much for dancing.... they played mostly rap and songs I had never heard.... the dance itself was really short (only 3 hours)....... it got soooo hot...... and I spent over an hour in line with some friends to get our pictures taken (the WHHOOLLLEEE azn gang cut in front of us)..... but despite all of that... I guess it was fun. I got to dress up so it was worth it. Better luck next time?
