Kiryuu Touga

Kiryuu Touga is the Student Council President. Touga is an eleventh grader at Ohtori Academy. He is viewed as a playboy by all. They say that he goes through girls like tissues and it seems that everyone is in love with him.. Besides Utena, that is, who is the only girl that Touga has his sights set on at the moment. At first, Utena could care less about Touga because he tries to put the moves on her before she even knows who he is. Touga is very manipulative. He makes Utena believe that he is her prince. This messes her up so much that her confidence shatters and she loses the duel (and Anthy) to him the first time he challenges her. After that, Utena goes through a phase where she tries to be "normal", at least until Wakaba talks some sense back into her and she challanges Touga again. He is his self-centered self as usual and thinks that there is no way in hell that Utena can beat him. Utena's sword brakes and it appears that she has no longer has any hope of winning. Then, all of a sudden, Utena's strength builds and she charges at Touga, cutting of his rose with her trashed sword. Touga loses, and Anthy returns to Utena. Touga seems to have odd relationships with the other Student Council members. He appears to know all of Juri's secrets, even ones that she won't share with Shiori. He also knows about Miki's "shining thing" and once put the moves on the seventh grader. Touga was probably just trying to freak him out. His sister, Nanami, is psychotically obsessed with him. Touga seems to be ok with it, but he may be a little mean to her at times.

-Miki: I'm not sure what to say about Touga. He has alot of power as the Seitoukaichou and can get practically anything he wants. Since he is kinda making me think of Akio, I hate him a little. Especially since he is in Mitsuru's way. If Touga was never born, nothing would stop Mitsuru from becoming Nanami's onii-sama!!! Plus he's always touching Utena's hair like he's gonna rape just her hair! What's up with that? It's just whack!!! He probably wishes that his own hair was pink instead of red.
