Pluto Planet Power Make-Up (Pluto Planet/Star Power): Setsuna's transformation into Sailor Pluto in Sailormoon S.
Dead Scream (Pluto Deadly Scream): Using her key like garnet rod, Sailor Pluto gathers energy with her Talisman, the Garnet Orb, and fires a pink energy ball with a ring around it at the enemy.

  Setsuna is a time hole of mystery. She is the oldest and probably the most mature of the scouts and is very isolated. She is the Guardian of Time and usually only appears in the most desperate of times. She is the keeper of one of the Talismans, the Garnet Orb. It is basically a red orb which she holds on the end of her giant, key-like, time staff. She is the one who gave Chibi-Usa that little time key which alowed her to travel through time, and she also gave Chibi-Usa the Luna-P which the two can use to communicate with each other. Setsuna hopes to be a designer one day. One of her skills is sewing.

  In Sailormoon Sailorstars, Setsuna is often seen with the regrown Hotaru(Hotaru was turned into a baby at the end of Sailormoon S), although she is sometimes seen with Haruka and Michiru. She also tends to act as a barrier between the inner and outer soldiers, particularly when there is a dispute between the two groups.
